Aims to always provide high-quality handmade and ready made goods that are fault free but on occasion, however, goods may necessarily need to be returned.We want our customers to be happy with the products they bought from us.
If for any reason you're not happy with them, please contact us by email (sales@dacstyleout.com) before returning your goods and within ten days of receiving your purchase(s) and, provided they are returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, we will give you a full refund excluding the delivery charge.
If any goods you have purchased have faults when they are delivered to you, you should contact dacstyleout.com within seven days. You will be given the option to have the goods replaced (if available).
Goods must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation. Taxes & Duties (Applies to international delivery) Orders placed from outside the EU/ EEA may be subject to taxes and duty on arrival at the destination country.
The price quoted on our site does not include these charges. dacstyleout.com London does not control import duty charges nor are we liable to pay any of these charges. Please check if these apply before ordering.
